With a BS in Communications from Florida State University, I launched my career as Midwest Regional Manager for College Marketing and Research, a Division of Playboy Enterprises. Working out of the Chicago office, I managed programs for clients such as Alka Seltzer, Jockey International, Dannon Yogurt, Nintendo, Chevrolet, Jose Cuervo and Schlitz on college campuses throughout the USA.
After many years working with other agencies I settled in Boston. While working at Houlihan’s as the lead DJand Entertainment Director, I co-founded TEAM Enterprises, Inc. with Todd Graham in 1989. TEAM started as a mobile disc-jockey service in the Boston market that had annual sales of $75,000. By 1999 TEAM had slowly developed into a $40 million national marketing agency. TEAM is one of the first experiential marketing companies to create and implement brand-centric interactive games for consumers at events. As COO, I oversaw TEAM’s Creative, Technology and HR management for clients such as Bacardi, Coke USA, AT&T, and Miller Brewing Company until 2007. At that time the corporate office relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, FL and I sold my shares in the company staying in Boston to pursue other business interests.
During my tenure, I was also a co-founder of BEER.COM with TEAM and was instrumental in negotiating the sale to InBev for 7 million dollars in 1999. TEAM Enterprises, Inc. continues to be the nation’s leading experiential marketing agency throughout North America and operates as a subsidiary of MDC Partners.
I joined SAG-AFTRA in 2008 and began working on TV and movie sets throughout New England in various supporting roles. In 2016 I landed my first principal role in the Disney film “The Finest Hours” playing the role of Fisherman Dave Ryder. Recently I have consulted with companies such as American Craft Brands,Ninkatek ACB, LLC, a SaaS company for the alcohol beverage industry and AGB Events based in Sydney, AU.
